Life is a Drag
A triple-tiered pun drives this glittery drag queen’s posthumous mantra, with her wry cigarette smoke floating over a billowing wig. Traditional pencil illustration and digital coloring bring a sparkly, contoured take on dark humor “to life” in this finalist poster entry for the 2019 MUMEDI “To Death with a Smile” international competition, previously on display at the Mexican Museum of Design.
