The Truck Stops Here

The end result of my team’s work during Designathon 2019, an annual event where Kutztown University design students collaborate over the course of eighteen hours to create works for local nonprofits.

The Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles had chosen to showcase collections of vintage campers alongside the multitude of food trucks at their annual fundraiser. That starting point resulted in this delightfully retro, 1950’s-inspired event poster, which features an Airstream trailer in muted teal and tangerine on a worn, beige sunburst. This design was printed on posters that were on display at the event as well distributed as flyers leading up to the event.
